重新生成IP后如果不清除缓存会在下次编译时再次执行生成IP的命令浪费时间

在命令行输入
config_ip_cache -disable_cache; config_ip_cache -clear_output_repo; update_ip_catalog; delete_runs [get_runs {_synth}]
清除IP缓存
