在田间融入自然,双手举天,脚踏大地,仰天张口望日(月)玄门吐纳(Taoist Breath Regulation),低头闭嘴冥想腹部呼吸(Abdominal breathing).

Immerse yourself in nature amid the fields, raise your hands toward the sky, stand firm on the earth, tilt your head back with your mouth open to gaze at the sun, then bow your head, close your lips and meditate silently.
